Returning to pick-up locations:  Roughly 6 pm to Scarborough and 8 pm to Newport.  

Per Person Cost based on Occupancy

Single room--$900 not including hotel/bus driver gratuities
Double room--$725 not including hotel/bus driver gratuities
Triple room--$660 not including hotel/bus driver gratuities
Quad room--$625 not including hotel/bus driver gratuities

If interested in sharing a room with someone you don't know, we can try to facilitate that as well.  Just let us know when reserving and we will do our best to pair you up with someone to lower your cost.  We currently have one person that is willing to share a room.

Hotel rooms have 2 Queen Size beds per room.

Reservations will continue until we are full or August 15 whichever comes first.

Payment Options:

Payment in full when reserving or split up over 3 payments. 

Reserve by June 1 and make 3 payments equal to 33% of amount due.  33% due when making the reservation and then on July 1 and August 1. 

Trip insurance.  Traveler's Insurance is a good company to get insurance with.  Although there are several that offer up travel insurance. While we all wish we had a crystal ball to see into the future, we never know what will happen between now and then.  I would suggest obtaining trip insurance in case something does happen. 

We will send out a full itinerary once we know the bus will be going and all my ducks are in a row.

When choosing to pay monthly, we will split your total by 3 and reach out to you for months 2 and 3 for payment.
