This pattern comes in two sizes:

Pattern 0-18 fits a person with a B cup fitting.  The amount of fabric needed ranges from 2 1/4 yards to 2 5/8 yards of two different fabrics.  One fabric for the outer shell and one for the inner.  Plus a half yard of fabric for the binding.

Pattern 14-30 fits a person with a D cup fitting.  Get 3 yards of 2 different fabrics to make up this size jacket plus 1/2 yard of fabric for the binding.

You will also need a 1/4 yard of 22-25" wide fusible interfacing and a twin batting for either pattern you choose.
