Fabric in this kit includes the binding and enough to make either layout. Layout one is 68" x 86 and layout two is 71.25" x 90.75"

Optional border fabric option will not increase the size of the quilt. Additional instructions will be provided on how to use the optional border so you can actually choose between 3 different layouts given the optional border should you choose to order the optional border fabric.
